SHUHALLY’s guiding concept is rooted in "Shu-Ha-Ri" (守破離), the fundamental teaching of the tea ceremony handed down by the renowned master Sen no Rikyu:
Shu (守): Preserve and respect tradition.
Ha (破): Introduce creative innovation.
Ri (離): Develop one's own unique and original style.
Through the centuries-old tea culture, we rediscover the deep roots of Japanese tradition to represent them in a contemporary light, in perfect harmony with today's lifestyles.
We would be delighted to share a moment of pleasant conviviality with the Palermo audience, immersed in the aromas and harmony of authentic Matcha, accompanied by the delicacy of traditional Wagashi sweets.
