These are information that are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in case of alleged computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user: Personal data provided by users who register and supply details such as name, surname, residence, telephone contacts, email address, may be used for other processing operations compatible with the purposes of the collection, such as sending institutional and public utility communications by email. Data related to the online service are not subject to communication or dissemination, unless provided otherwise by law or regulation.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific concise information will progressively be reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular on-demand services.

Processing methods and retention periods are defined in the register of processing activities and are retained for no longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

The processing of your personal data, where provided upon specific request, is aimed at carrying out the service in question and the data are collected directly from the data subject;

If the purposes for which personal data were collected are those of carrying out institutional activities, the public administration is not required to ask for consent because they are intended for institutional purposes.

Processing will be carried out by persons specifically appointed, using computerized or traditional procedures, capable of protecting and guaranteeing the confidentiality of the data provided, and in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes;

Failure to provide data to the Comune, refusal to answer or failure to acquire data may make it impossible to carry out and conclude the administrative procedure concerned and to provide the service

The processing of users' data is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, respecting the confidentiality of the data provided; data are processed exclusively for the requested service and are kept within legal terms where provided, or deleted upon request of the data subject insofar as this does not violate applicable laws.
